Statement of Faith

What We Believe

At Back to Christ Ministry, our faith is firmly rooted in the Holy Bible, which we believe is God’s inspired and authoritative Word. Everything we teach, preach, and practice is founded upon the truth of Scripture and the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

Our desire is to glorify God by proclaiming the Gospel, making disciples, and helping believers grow into mature followers of Christ through prayer, biblical teaching, worship, and fellowship.

Our Foundation

Our ministry is built upon the words of Jesus Christ:

“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

We believe that salvation, hope, healing, and eternal life are found only through Jesus Christ.

We Believe in the Holy Bible

We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.

The Scriptures reveal God’s character, His plan of salvation, and His instructions for holy living.

The Bible is our final authority in matters of faith, doctrine, and Christian conduct.

We Believe in One True God

We believe there is one eternal God who exists forever as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

God is holy, all-powerful, all-knowing, and worthy of all worship and praise.

He is the Creator of heaven and earth and the source of all life.

We Believe in Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose again on the third day, ascended into heaven, and will return again in glory.

Jesus Christ is Lord, Savior, Redeemer, and King.

We Believe in Salvation

We believe salvation is a free gift of God’s grace received through faith in Jesus Christ.

No one can earn salvation through works.

When a person repents and believes in Jesus Christ, they receive forgiveness of sins and become a new creation.

We Believe in the Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit lives within every believer.

The Holy Spirit comforts, teaches, guides, convicts, empowers, and produces spiritual fruit in the lives of God’s people.

We depend upon the Holy Spirit for wisdom, ministry, and spiritual growth.

We Believe in Prayer

Prayer is central to our ministry.

We believe God hears the prayers of His children and invites us to seek Him with confidence.

Prayer strengthens our relationship with God and aligns our hearts with His will.

We encourage personal prayer, corporate prayer, intercession, thanksgiving, worship, and fasting.

We Believe in Healing

We believe God is able to bring spiritual, emotional, and physical healing according to His will.

We faithfully pray for the sick, encourage believers to trust God, and point people to Christ as the ultimate source of hope and restoration.

While we believe God still heals today, we also encourage individuals to seek appropriate medical care when needed.

We Believe in Deliverance

We believe Jesus Christ has authority over all powers of darkness.

Through His death and resurrection, believers can experience freedom from sin, fear, spiritual bondage, and oppression.

Our ministry approaches deliverance with biblical wisdom, prayer, and dependence on the Holy Spirit.

We Believe in the Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers.

God calls His people to worship together, study His Word, encourage one another, and serve the world with love and compassion.

Christian fellowship is essential for spiritual growth.

We Believe in the Great Commission

Jesus Christ commands His followers to make disciples of all nations.

We are committed to sharing the Gospel through preaching, teaching, digital ministry, prayer, acts of compassion, and Christian discipleship.

Our desire is to see lives transformed by the love and truth of Jesus Christ.

We Believe in the Return of Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ will return again in power and glory.

He will judge the living and the dead, establish His eternal Kingdom, and fulfill every promise of God’s Word.

This hope inspires us to live faithfully and serve God with expectation.
