Anger-Healing Declaration

I declare that my heart is healed by the love of God.
I choose peace over anger, wisdom over reaction, and grace over offense.
The Holy Spirit renews my mind and calms my spirit.
I release bitterness, unforgiveness, and hurt.
I walk in self-control, patience, and love.
Today, I respond with gentleness and live in the peace of Christ.
