Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting Back to Christ Ministry.
Our shop offers journals, books, and ministry resources designed to encourage spiritual growth.
Physical Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- The item must be unused.
- It must be returned in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads
- eBooks
- Gift cards
- Personalized products
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong product was sent.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before shipping.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
